We want you to love your Kaiia The Label pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure garments are free from makeup, perfume, or tan marks to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
